We are currently seeking an Automotive Dealership Office Manager to join our Ed Morse team.
Responsibilities:
- Daily procesing of vehicle invoices and entering all new and used vehicle inventory
- Review deals for accuracy prior to submitting them to accounting
- Complete the incentive processing for all new vehicle deals
- processing inventory transfers
- processing Used Car Wholesales and Purchases
- Manage incoming certificates of origin and vehicle invoices
- Inventory schedule review
- Maintain supply inventory and process orders as needed
- Complete and maintain Excel schedules
- Process the daily mail
- Other duties required by management
- Provide a timely daily operating control (DOC) and keeps the general manager informed about trends
- Ensures that all manufacturer accounts including rebates and co-op advertising accounts are current and acurate
- Stays current on all factory incentive programs and reporting
- Maintains confidential employment files.
- Automotive Acccounting experience in a Dealership setting is a plus.
- Experience with CDK, Excel & various Automotive Manufacturer websites is preferred .
- Ability to Self-motivate, prioritize given work-load and executive efficiently and in the required time frame is critical.
- Team player with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency is the key.
- Excellent communication skills- both written and oral.
