Are you an Estimator looking to make the leap to management? Ready to put together your own team? Ed Morse Rolla is looking for a Body Shop Supervisor/Manager to join our team. $$$SIGNING BONUS for the right individual.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise a team of technicians, including scheduling and assigning work
- Ensure that repairs are completed according to the OEM's specifications, and inspect vehicles before delivery
- Ensure that work areas are kept clean and orderly, and that all employees follow safety guidelines
- Provide regular updates to customers about repair progress and timelines
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the parts department
- Develop and document standard operating procedures
- Ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets by allocating resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards for ethical business practices
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a body shop or collision center, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
- Experience with OEM repair specifications and quality control processes.
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to successfully pass background and drug screen.
