We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Internet Sales Manager to join our team!
- Manage online sales operations, including responding to leads and following up with potential customers.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and generate leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through personalized assistance and exceptional service.
- Ensure accurate online inventory listings and coordinate promotions with the sales team.
- Analyze sales performance and provide insights to improve strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of internet sales representatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and dealership policies.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 2 years of equivlant experience in automotive sales management experience
- Proficiency in CRM software and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background
- Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- High level of energy and professionalism while communicating via phone, text or email
- Ability to learn and execute phone scripts confidently and fluidly
- A strong team player with the ability to work independently
