Overview
Teddy Morse’s Daytona Harley-Davidson, part of the Ed Morse Automotive Group, is currently seeking a Kitchen Supervisor for Saints & Sinners Pub located in Destination Daytona.
Responsibilities
- Supervise kitchen staff, assign duties, and monitor performance
- Participate in food preparation and cooking as needed
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene practices
- Assist in menu planning and development
- Monitor and control kitchen costs
- Maintain kitchen equipment and coordinate repairs
- Address customer complaints and ensure feedback is incorporated
- Maintain kitchen records and prepare reports
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years Cooking experience preferred.
- Proven experience as a kitchen supervisor, chef, or similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in kitchen equipment and tools
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Guest relation skills.
- Adaptability.
