Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Consulting with customers to find a Buick/GMC vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs.
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Gain a working knowledge of the Buick/GMC product line
- Attend training offered by both Buick/GMC and the Ed Morse Automotive Group
- The professional completion of all sales related paperwork
- Following the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must have previous Sales experience
- Steady work history and strong desire to succeed
- Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and follow through skills
- A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
- Successfully complete a background and drug screening
