Position Overview
Ed Morse Automotive Group is currently seeking an Office Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities

- Hires, trains, and supervises administrative.
- Maintains confidential employment files.
- Perform confidential and administrative functions to include employee file management and report compliance.
- Coordinate employee health/life benefit meetings.
- Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures.
- Controls petty cash amounts for dealerships.
- Directly supports the General Manager and the management team.
- Provides a timely daily operating control (DOC) and keeps the general manager informed about trends.
- Reconciles accounts and cleans schedules monthly.
- Approves adjustments to inventory.
- Ensures that all manufacturer accounts including warranty claims, rebates, interest, protection, and co-op advertising accounts are current.
- Stay abreast of current factory incentives and codes deliveries in DMS accordingly.
- Compiles information and prepares reports.
- Coordinate all vendor activity.
- Handle all legal and insurance related correspondence.
- Manage and maintain all department records /files to ensure security and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations.
- Assists in completion of annual review/audit.
- Type correspondence and prepare reports for the use by the managers and corporate personnel.
- Process dealer trades.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience working in a franchise dealership business office.
- 2 or more years of experience in a supervisor or Office Manager position
- Knowledge of CDK Dealer Management System preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel.
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must successfully complete a background and drug screening.
