· Accounts Receivable – Reconcile Receivable schedules, receipt payments, make phone calls to outstanding balanced customers, run statements monthly, work with parts, and service customers.
· Accounts Payable - Reconcile Payable Schedules, post all invoices, reconcile payable statements, and process checks for payments.
· Process used vehicle wholesales, including posting sales, and DMV paperwork.
· Stock in used vehicles. Process Dealer Trade paperwork including stocking in new incoming, and sale of the outgoing vehicle, and processing the appropriate DMV paperwork.
· Accurately process registration and title work for retail customer vehicle sales including issuing new plates, transfers, verifying legal documentation, and maintaining DMV records.
· Help reconcile other accounting schedules.
· Cover cashier lunch breaks daily, including answering main phone calls, and receiving customer payments for sales parts, and service. Coverage when cashier is out of the office, including list above, reconcile, post, and process all deposits, stock in new vehicles.
QUALIFICATIONS-
Experience as an Accounts Receivable/Payable clerk in a dealership

Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
