Some of our best service technicians started as quick lube techs. We help our techs learn new skills to increase their income and advance their career If working on cars gets your gears moving, apply today and join our team Responsibilities - Accelerated / Quick Lube Technician : Inspect and lubricate vehicles quickly, thoroughly and effectively. Inspect fluid levels in steering gears, power steering reservoirs, transmissions, differentials, rear axle housings and shackles Drain and replace oil and air filters and lubricate moving parts Add water to radiator and battery Service universal joints, grease fittings, and steering knuckles using hand or compressed-air powered grease guns Check tire pressure and add air if necessary Adhere to company policies, procedures, safety standards and codes of conduct Qualifications - Accelerated / Quick Lube Technician : Familiar with automotive repair / maintenance and / or trade school Prior experience as an automotive technician’s helper or apprentice preferred Must have a valid driver license and a good driving record A positive attitude, good work ethic and attention to detail Good customer service and communications skills Ability to read / comprehend written instructions and information Must pass pre-employment background check, DMV and drug screen.
