Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and detailed damage assessments for vehicles.
- Prepare estimates using estimating software (CCC.)
- Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and technicians to ensure a smooth repair process.
- Explain repair procedures and costs to customers, ensuring transparency.
- Work closely with the repair team to update estimates as needed.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
Requirements:
- Experience as a collision estimator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in estimating software (CCC, Audatex, or Mitchell).
- Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes and insurance procedures.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- I-CAR certification is a plus but not required.
