Responsibilities: The Collision Center General Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our collision repair center. Your key responsibilities include:
· Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the team and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
· Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective operation of the collision center and maintain high-quality repair standards.
· Customer Satisfaction: Uphold a customer-centric approach and ensure exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the repair process.
· Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to excel in their roles. Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
· Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgetary aspects of the collision center and optimize financial performance.
Qualifications – Collision Center General Manager:
· Proven experience as a General Manager in a collision repair center or automotive industry.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the automotive repair industry
· Bachelor's degree in business management or related field is preferred
· In-depth knowledge of the automotive repair process.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
· Results-driven with a passion for achieving success.
· Proficient in industry specific software and tools
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
