We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior R&D Electrical Engineer to join our team at Ed Wallach Search Group. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing innovative electronic and electrical systems.
Your primary focus will be on the development of new products from concept through production release, as well as improving existing designs. You will work independently to create complex electronic and/or electronic design and development for new products. Your expertise in digital signal processing, phased array and beamforming algorithms, and Verilog or VHDL programming will be invaluable assets in this role.
You will also be responsible for establishing and meeting targeted project timelines, costs, and quality objectives. This includes performing prototype design experimentation, rapid prototype, and conventional prototype fabrication, as well as evaluating prototype designs for performance and reliability.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various internal teams and external contacts.
