    Position Title: Fiscal Office Support (Temporary Staff)
    Department: Fiscal Office
    Employment Type: Temporary
    Location: Litchfield, CT
    Duration: 3-6 months
    Reports To: Director of Finance

    Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Fiscal Office team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of new content management functionality within our ERP system and assisting with various financial processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the modernization and streamlining of our fiscal operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the implementation and testing of the content management functionality within the ERP system.
    • Support the transition to electronic processing of credit card purchases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
    • Collaborate with the fiscal team to update and document fiscal policies and procedures, focusing on streamlined and efficient processes.
    • Assist in the fully implementation of bank account reconciliation using the ERP system.
    • Provide general administrative and operational support to the fiscal department as needed.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or issues related to financial processes.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems and content management functionality is highly desirable.
    • Experience with electronic financial processes, such as credit card transactions and bank reconciliations.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Prior experience in a fiscal or accounting role is a plus.
