This is how you will grow:
We are looking for an individual who can own the requirements process end to end.
- Develop and implement end to end requirements process from stakeholder input, project team review, status reporting, change management and post launch processes
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to refine input into well-defined and transparent requirements
- Align the organization to the best fit industry standard and create various reports to communicate requirements & their status to the cross-functional team
- Support technical documentation creation associated with requirements
- Manage communication between technical project team and stakeholders ensuring clarity throughout process
- Familiarity with regulatory documents and interpreting content
Requirements
This is how you will take us forward:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- 3 plus years experience in product management/requirements
- 3 plus years experience in product management with a proven track record of supporting product development, especially within the energy storage space
- Experience in the development of battery systems
- DOORS experience
- Strong communication skills in both written & oral presentation
- Organized, capable of utilizing collaborative software’s such as Microsoft Team
- A desire to learn and understand the technical details of battery systems
- Organized, can manage working on multiple tasks and prioritize work
