This is how you will grow:
The Engineering Project Leader will be responsible for managing and overseeing engineering aspects of building and construction projects.. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading a team of engineers and contractors to achieve project milestones and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage building and construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop technical project plans and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
- Manage project risks and resolve issues that arise.
- Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
This is how you will take us forward:
- Bachelor’s degree engineering required
- Proven technical experience as a Project Lead or similar role in construction/building engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
