This is how you will grow:
- Collect macro material needs for all projects in concept phase, tear down the macro list (with systems required) it into an exhaustive list of Parts (p/n, revision/maturity level, fasteners, etc.). Coordinate with cross-functional teams for part requirement, ordering and tracking.
- Responsible to follow up on parts readiness, logistic (external and internal), dispatch to different teams in case of group delivery, up to the end user of the part.
- Robust ordering, tracking, receiving, and recording vehicle and non-vehicle parts (e.g. Fixtures, tools).
- Drive sessions with DREs/TPMs to coordinate material for testing, builds at appropriate frequency.
- Maintain PO tracker from start to finish (from request through PR, in hands goods reception to invoice approval).
- Proactively plan and coordinate activities, work with minimum supervision.
- Attention to details (e.g., parts revision, quantities, and milestones).
Requirements

- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field
- Experience in logistic and or warehouse inventory management.
- Familiar with Automotive industry.
- Familiar with CAD system (BOM visualization only).
- Merge or interconnect the Inventory database with the PO database.
- Knowledge of engineering change management system.
- Knowledge of Engineering Bill of Material.
- Knowledge of ERP system e.g. SAP.
