This is how you will grow:
- Will establish component requirements (water pump, radiator, plumbing, electric fan system)
- Will work with packaging team on design, coordinate thermal system goals and ensure thermal system’s critical requirements are established and met
- Responsible for design updates within the area of responsibility in the thermal system and coordinating with interfacing teams to balance requirements
- Work with the design / release team to process change orders
- Own and implement component changes as part of the change management process
- Establish and maintain supplier contacts to cover component issues
- Work with test engineers to establish test plans
- Responsible for completing deliverables on-time.
Requirements
This is how you will take us forward:
- Automotive OEM experience is required
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant field.
- Experience with coolant and refrigerant plumbing (engine cooling system).
- Experience with sensors and actuator assemblies
- Ability to build strong working relationships with individuals at all organizational levels.
