This is how you will grow:
- Coordinate test plans with Design Release Engineers
- Track and support obtaining hardware needed for test benches
- Work with system engineers to ensure proper system requirements are met
- Coordinate and facilitate vehicle and bench testing
- Support testing at suppliers when needed
- Experience with engine cooling thermal systems development
Requirements

- Automotive OEM experience is required
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant field.
- Knowledge of Thermal and HVAC instrumentation and testing
- Ability to build strong working relationships with individuals at all organizational levels.
