- Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand enterprise accounts and create tailored proposals that meet individual client goals. Analyze key account metrics to inform sales strategies and work closely with the marketing team to create targeted client campaigns. Stay informed on competitor activities and market trends to enhance strategic planning.
- Lead and finalize contract negotiations with clients, focusing on beneficial terms, pricing, and payment schedules for both parties. Collaborate with account team members to ensure contract specifics align with customer service objectives and regularly review contracts to adapt to customer feedback and market shifts.
- Examine client account performance data to generate comprehensive reports, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. Communicate key performance trends to facilitate informed decision-making.
