PROGRAM ANALYST
Responsibilities of the Program Analyst: McLane Advanced Technologies (MAT) is seeking candidates for a full-time Program Analyst for a Hybrid position in Washington, DC.
This Program Analyst will play a crucial role in conducting sensitive, high-profile reviews of various programs and personnel.
Your work will be instrumental in promoting excellence, integrity, and accountability, enhancing program effectiveness, and preventing waste, fraud, and mismanagement.
The Program Analyst will:
• Independently or collaboratively develop researchable questions and methodologies to assess programs or operations.
• Work with team members to plan and structure reviews of activities.
• Collect data regarding operations from a variety of sources, including interviews, observations, and file/data reviews.
• Assess the relevance and reliability of collected data.
• Apply a wide range of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to discern relevant information.
• Identify trends, patterns, and relationships within the data.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, briefings, presentations, and other written products that effectively convey complex information in a clear and balanced manner.
• Communicate in a concise and organized manner to ensure a varied audience can understand the intended message and objectives.
• Work in small multi-disciplinary teams, which may include attorneys, auditors, and special agents.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure thorough and timely reviews.
• Present a professional image of the agency when interacting with others, fostering trust and credibility.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years recent experience performing the above-mentioned tasks and duties with Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and high-profile investigations, Strong analytical, research, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a FedGov environments.
- Minimum 6 years of above referenced skills, including MS AD and Linux, with MS “Hyper V”, (a.k.a. VIRIDIAN or WIN Server Virtualization), and Team Lead experience, in a Federal Government enterprise environment.
- REQUIRED EDUCATION: BS/BA Degree in Public Policy, Criminal Justice or Related Disciplines/Fields.
- REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Active Secret.
