Job Description
MUST Be US Citizen with Active Top Secret Clearance!
We are the employer! SUPPORT - On Site Arlington, Virginia
- Support the Air Force Logistics, Engineering, and Force Protection (AF/A4) and engage with this Directorate’s multitude of stakeholders, dispersed both domestically and internationally. Serve as a technical writer, facilitator, and will have the opportunity to present to senior level clients.
- Develop and maintain AF/A4 information security, industrial security, personnel security, PII, and SAF Security. Write and revise key documentation on behalf of the client. Write key DoD strategies, documents, papers, and reports that will be utilized by the client’s entire organization. (40%).
- Manage A4 COOP/CAT program appointment, scheduling, and recalls for A4 programs. (20%)
- Process security clearances, verify document signatures and processes, ensure timely execution of security processes. (20%)
- Assist the A4 Director of Staff with security related projects. (10%)
- Analyze requirements, strategize solutions, and pitch proposals to the client on new IT capabilities within the client’s technology portfolio (10%)
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years’ Headquarters USAF including 3 years' Security or Office Sustainment type positions, with Strong Administrative, Meetings, Documentation and Meeting Minutes, Strong Stakeholder Relationship Management of all levels as well as SAP Security- DoD Manual 5205.07, Volume 1, SAP Security Manual: General Procedures, in/at USAF/DAF environment.
- REQUIRED EDUCATION: BS/BA Degree in Business or Related Fields.
- REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Active Top Secret.
