Customer Service Representative – San Marcos Office
Job description
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls consisting of inquiries, orders, service issues
- Assist with the needs of customers
- Input information into our system
- Review and close orders
- Audit accounts
- Follow-thru, meet deadlines
- Communicate effectively
- Requirements:
- Must be well-spoken, positive; answer every phone call with a smile
- Have excellent communication skills, oral and written
- Highly-motivated, goal-oriented, self-starter, team-player, flexible to the work load
- Well-organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and have problem-solving skills
- Must have call center Customer Service experience or high volume calls experience Possess reliability, commitment, integrity
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experienced with basic accounting and Microsoft office programs

Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
