• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are well-displayed and stocked.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism and courtesy.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, ensuring basic math skills are applied effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Proficient in phone etiquette, ensuring professional interactions over the phone as needed.
• Experience in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers accurately.
• Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight features and benefits to customers.
• Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of customers.

Expected hours: 4 – 12 per week
