Job Overview
We are a fast paced independent repair facility that has been locally owned and operated in the Stafford area for over 60 years. We pride ourselves in delivering exceptional customer service and quality repairs. We are looking for that team player that takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail and is multi-task oriented.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, understanding their concerns and requirements.
- Listen actively to customer concerns, document them accurately, and communicate them effectively to the service technicians.
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for parts, labor, and additional services required.
- Provide administrative support by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall functioning of the office.
Experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of automotive repairs is a plus, but willing to train.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
- Experience in customer support or front desk operations is advantageous.
