BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
Employee will conduct daily checks on work completed by all team members to ensure timely completion and accuracy. This individual will assist with employee evaluations, timesheets, and scheduling, while also supporting the retention of office documents, conducting sales ratio and neighborhood factor studies, managing reappraisal assignments, verifying values, filing, fieldwork and splits. Additionally, the employee will assist with the Notice of Value files, Certifications, Tax Rolls, Abstracts, Warrants and other requirements of the Assessors Calendar. The employee must possess a strong attention to detail, effective prioritization abilities, and excellent organizational skills. They are required to maintain confidentiality and handle personnel matters responsibly, as well as make necessary office decisions in the absence of both the Assessor and Chief Deputy. Employee may be required to work irregular hours, attend job-related meetings, and perform all other duties as assigned.
