Securty Guard - 2nd Shift

Position Summary

Maintains security and safety of people and property in assigned areas on plant property by monitoring the entry of personnel, patrolling, and enforcing the rules and policies of Eddy Packing Co., Inc.

Essential Functions

· Assists any person(s) in the building or on premise needing assistance or direction

· Complete reports, log sheets, and forms where required.

· Observes activity and traffic in assigned areas to enforce company policies and regulations.

Education /Skills / Experience

· Capable of applications with basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages.)

· Must be able to work well with others and a team player.

· Must be able to work weekends and nights.

· Must be able to communicate and interface with management as well as other personnel.

· Must maintain an excellent attendance record.

· Capable of reading and following instructions and fully completing all documents

The employee is required to stand, sit, walk, push, pull, climb, reach overhead and bend to the floor. Must be able to exert 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or exert up to 5 pounds of force occasionally

Pay: $13.28 per hour

• 12 hour shift
• Holidays
• Weekends as needed
