As a Sales Consultant, you’ll manage a variety of sales activities from one of our stunning model homes or from our top-of-the-line Design Studio. You’ll nurture prospects into home buyers by demonstrating the superior quality and workmanship of an Eddy Home and guiding them through their home buying experience. Your exceptional relationship skills, predilection for problem solving, and strong closing techniques will help you meet (and exceed) your sales goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Take a consultative approach to uncovering the unique needs of each prospective home buyer and offer solutions by way of home building opportunities with Eddy Homes.
- Create and present New Home Proposals to prospective home buyers.
- Present purchase agreements and coordinate with preferred lenders to help customers select a financing program that fits their needs.
- Initiate prospecting and marketing campaigns to attract new prospective home buyers
- Demonstrate model home and home sites to prospective home buyers
- Understand and effectively communicate blueprints and site plans
- Deliver Eddy Homes’ superior customer service to prospective home buyers and customers
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of commissioned sales experience, preferably in New Construction
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation to meet established job functions
- Willing to work evenings and weekends to accommodate prospective buyers
- Four-year degree preferred but not required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
