Lube Technician

JOB SUMMARY
Extremely busy dealership looking for motivated Express Technicians. We work on over 1500 vehicles a month and do not ever run out of work. 5-day work schedule with rotating Saturdays. If you are looking for a lot of hours and have little or no comebacks, we NEED you! The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive service and maintenance, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine oil changes, tire services, and other vehicle maintenance tasks while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various types of vehicles.
• Conduct tire services, including rotations and installations.
• Assist in automotive diagnostics to identify potential issues.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow in the shop.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in automotive repair or service is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and automotive diagnostics is a plus.
• Familiarity with hand tools and automotive service equipment.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A valid driver’s license is required; additional certifications related to automotive service are advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques in vehicle maintenance and repair.

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULING

• $15.00-$18.00 an hour depending on experience
• Monday- Friday with Rotating Saturdays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
