As a Quality Assurance Specialist on the Workplace team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that we deliver world-class customer service to our clients every time.
In addition to an earnest desire to help people, we seek the ideal candidate to complement the team’s existing talents. For this Quality Assurance Specialist role, we are seeking a candidate with proven customer service and sales skills and a desire to help others succeed to help advance the quality of the experience our clients have when contacting our Engagement Center. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate Advisor conversations with clients and prospects for compliance, service and sales skills
- Track trends and provide detailed reporting to management
- Maintain a library of calls that can used for training and shared with internal partners
- Consult with L&D partners to make recommendations for training required to upskill the workforce
- Help build an environment that values teamwork, open communication, collaborative problem resolution, and a strong sense of urgency to resolve client issues
Requirements:
- Technical acumen, financial services industry knowledge, and strong attention to detail
- Series 65 securities license, or the ability/desire to obtain this license – we’d like to invest in you too
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment
Edelman Financial Engines takes a market-based approach to pay. The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $57,500 - $76,600. However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, job-related skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. Additionally, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans, and 401(k) contributions.
