How You'll Make An Impact

The Client Service Manager I supports the service team to ensure efficient daily operations. They assist CSM II’s and CSM III’s with managing with the day-to-day account management of their assigned book. These accounts will vary in size and complexity from moderate to highly complex. This role directly contributes to key business outcomes such as client retention, satisfaction, and enhancing AJG's value to our clients and prospects.

They will strengthen relationships with existing clients through exceptional ongoing care while gaining expertise in the specialized insurance and risk management needs of high-net-worth individuals, with the goal of advancing into an Advisor role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and organized client files and records,
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of insurance applications, renewals, summaries of insurance and endorsements.
  • Assist with Annual Review process including quoting and remarketing
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all documentation
  • Support the team in coordinating and executing insurance-related projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team

About You

Required: Bachelor's degree with 0 years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 3 years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer's License. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen.

Behaviors: Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Works in a self-directed manner.
