Overview
The Fulfillment Associate provides administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks.
Position Details
- Pay: Starting at $16/hr depending on experience
- Hours: M-F 8am - 4:30pm
- In-Office located at 110 W. Berry St., Fort Wayne, IN
- Benefits start day 1!
How you'll make an impact
- May perform one or more of the following:
- Process and Reconcile daily incoming and outgoing mailing communications
- Retain envelope(s) for batched mail to ensure receive date is validated by postmark stamp.
- Assist with all daily required imaging.
- Securing Client information according to Personal Health Information (PHI) regulations.
- Keeping managers apprised of status of assignments and issues.
- Participate in special projects or assignments as instructed by supervisor.
About You
- 1 year of related work experience in distribution center.
- Detail oriented and good organization skill.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter and good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-task environment.
- Able to manage multiple tasks for multiple clients.
- Learns and follows standard processes and procedures.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Works well in a group environment.
