Overview
As a Video Producer within the Art Department at Arthur J. Gallagher, you will play a pivotal role in producing and directing global video content that aligns with our brand's vision and objectives. Reporting to the Global Creative Director, you will lead a dynamic team of motion designers and videographers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality video projects that effectively communicate our message to a global audience. Your expertise in video production, combined with your leadership skills, will be critical in elevating the standards of the video production process from concept to completion.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Pre-production :
Collaborate with Art Directors and Copywriters to establish the creative direction for video projects, developing storyboards and scripts that align with Gallagher's brand and objectives.
Plan and direct videographers' camera work, set layout, lighting, and sound to ensure high-quality footage capture.
Collaborate with the lead art director and account manager throughout all phases of a video project to obtain client input, solve problems, and keep projects on schedule.
