We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen by sweeping, mopping, and removing trash as needed.
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as required, including helping cooks during busy periods.
- Support banquet and catering events by ensuring all necessary items are clean and ready for service.
- Buss tables after meals to ensure a tidy dining environment for guests.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow during peak hours.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or culinary environments is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen setting.
