Duties
- Perform installation and replacement of automotive glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows.
- Earn commission on each job completed!
- Assess damage to glass components and determine the best repair or replacement options.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns regarding glass services.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.
Skills
- Proficiency in glass installation techniques and auto body repair.
- Experience with window tinting is a plus.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
