Position Overview
Eden Custom Processing is seeking a Process Technician to join our first-shift team. This position operates Monday to Friday, from 5:45 AM to 2:00 PM. As a Process Technician, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our chemical processing equipment and ensure product quality, safety, and efficiency.

We also house fully functioning laboratories with the necessary testing capabilities to meet and exceed our customers' specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain chemical processing equipment.
- Monitor and control chemical processes to ensure proper operations.
- Perform quality control tests to verify product quality.
- Record and analyze data from chemical processes.
- Troubleshoot and identify issues with equipment and processes.
- Load and unload tankers following written procedures.
- Maintain procedures for tank farm, ensuring proper handling of tanks, lines, manifolds, gauges, fittings, gaskets, and hoses.
- Utilize lab testing equipment, including gas chromatographs, Karl Fisher titrators, pH titrators, colorimeters, and viscometers.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and products.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate’s degree in Chemical Technology or related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in chemical processing.
- Strong understanding of chemical processes and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
