Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What You’ll Do as a Process Technician:
As a key member of our team, you’ll:
- Operate Equipment: Manage boilers, cooling towers, feed systems, vacuum systems, air compressors, dryers, and electrical controls according to written procedures and product specifications.
- Maintain Tank Farms: Use tanks, lines, manifolds, gauges, fittings, gaskets, and hoses while ensuring proper procedures.
- Ensure Quality: Monitor process streams for purity and conduct lab testing using equipment like gas chromatographs, Karl Fischer titrators, pH titrators, colorimeters, and viscometers.
- Perform Basic Repairs: Troubleshoot and make minor repairs to equipment and lab instruments.
- Manage Records: Maintain hourly records for process history and quality testing.
- Handle Materials Safely: Load and unload tankers, inspect tanks and equipment, and clean hoses, fittings, and lines after use.
- Stay Safe and Organized: Follow PPE requirements and maintain a clean, orderly facility.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Prior experience with pumps, tanks, motors, boilers, or industrial maintenance is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Computer literate, with familiarity in Word and Excel.
- Team Player: Able to take and follow instructions with a strong work ethic.
- Clean Record: Pre-employment background check and drug screening required (no prior felonies).
