Pay Range: $ 60,000-65,000 annually - DOE

Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
- Train, mentor, and supervise store staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Implement promotional strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout and merchandise displays.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.,
- Assist in budgeting and sales forecasting to contribute to the store's financial goals.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass and clear a level II background screening and pre-employment drug screening.
- Passion for alternative medicine and holistic health practices.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in management or supervisory roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and retail software.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
