Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Educate patients about our range of products, including their benefits and usage.
- Assist patients in selecting the right products based on their individual needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized display of products and store space.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Stay informed about industry trends and new product offerings to share with patients.
- Comply with all state regulations and company policies regarding the sale of cannabis-related products.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid ID.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, alternative medicine, and their benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining professional and friendly.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and education in the cannabis industry
*Must be able to pass level 2 background check and pre-employment drug screen.
