Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, personnel and ensure outstanding customer service.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising products effectively.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment for all visitors.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build a positive team culture.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of medical cannabis operations is required; and a willingness to learn specific company operational and educational ways is essential.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions to enhance store performance.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and retail management software.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Must be able to pass level 2 background check and pre-employment drug screen.
