Customer Engagement Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Engagement Specialist to join our Sales Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, prospects, and industry partners to drive business growth and merchandising of Eden Foods.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and industry partners to achieve mutual benefit and business success.
2. Become knowledgeable about Eden Foods' products, principles, and systems necessary to conduct business efficiently.
3. Provide superior service and follow-through to all individuals and companies that we work with.
4. Communicate promptly and accurately as circumstances warrant.
5. Anticipate the needs of distributors, retailers, brokers, and consumers in general, and specifically with those we work with.
6. Develop distributor, retail, broker, and consumer relationships to facilitate business functions and overall development.
7. Coordinate sales activities and business communications consistent with the marketing department's parameters at headquarters as warranted.
8. Manage business affairs consistent with Eden Foods' ethics, marketing, terms-of-sale, contracts, and incentive agreements.
9. Ensure reliable, prompt, and courteous service to customers, prospects, team members, and company network contacts.
10. Maintain regular contact with regional sales managers and broker personnel regarding opportunities, needs, customer activities, and pertinent market information.
11. Process data for regional sales managers to facilitate their work.
12. Provide priority action to the needs of regional sales managers and broker representatives.
13. Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and improvement of processes and protocols utilized by the sales department and the company.
14. Participate in and foster industry relationships toward knowledge about and appreciation of the Eden brand.
Requirements:

2. Reliable moral and ethical standards.
3. Written and verbal communication abilities.
