LPN Unit Manager

Join a dedicated team to address the medical, social, and spiritual needs of residents in a 54-bed facility offering short- and long-term care. We seek a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with skilled nursing management experience for a full-time, 32-hour/week LPN Unit Manager role.

• 4 days/week, 8-hour day shifts, on-call rotation every 4 weeks.
• Full-time benefits include comprehensive healthcare, 401K with employer contribution, and additional pay for other insurance enrollment.
• Responsibilities include overseeing unit operations, monitoring resident care, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supervising nursing staff.
• Requirements: accredited nursing degree, current NH LPN license, 2-3 years long-term care experience, and strong communication skills.
