RN - ACT Nurse Care Manager

Seeking a collaborative and driven Registered Nurse (RN) with Maine licensure to join an interdisciplinary team serving adults with serious mental illness and substance use disorders in the Lewiston area.

The ACT Team Nurse Will

• Provide nursing consultation and integrate health goals into treatment plans.
• Focus on community outreach, education, and patient-centered care.
• Enhance communication with all healthcare providers.
  
  

This full-time position offers $32.00-$38.00 per hour, with no nights, weekends, or on-call work. Qualifications include three years of relevant nursing experience and strong organizational skills.
