REGISTERED NURSE

Sign-On Bonus $10,000

The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care to inpatients, assessing needs and creating individualized care plans. Responsibilities include supervising LPNs, RNTs, and CNAs, and communicating with the interdisciplinary team regarding patient conditions.

Qualifications

  • Current RN licensure as per state regulations
  • BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
  • CRRN certification preferred

Skills

  • Effective communication and critical thinking
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds and work independently

Environment

  • Indoor, temperature-controlled, may involve stressful situations

Regular attendance and adherence to dress code required. May work weekends and holidays.
