Responsibilities

The Therapist II role involves working within a treatment team to provide clinical services, case coordination, and education to various age groups and families. Key responsibilities include:

• Adhering to patient experience guidelines and ethical standards.
• Scheduling and documenting clinical services accurately.
• Collaborating with internal and external providers for patient care continuity.
• Maintaining compliance with clinical records and regulatory standards.
• Participating in staff meetings, trainings, and peer reviews.
• Meeting productivity standards and demonstrating strong customer satisfaction skills.
  
  

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a relevant field and appropriate licensure in Ohio. Flexibility in scheduling and effective teamwork skills are essential.
