Hours: 40 Hours a Week

The Unit Manager/RN Supervisor Is Responsible For

  • Ensuring patient satisfaction and safety.
  • Providing clinical direction and supervision of staff.
  • Educating patients and staff.
  • Managing administrative activities and record documentation.
  • Accepting referrals and initiating admissions.
  • Monitoring Oasis for accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintaining nursing competencies and staff compliance with PPS.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Experience: Current RN License in NJ, 3 years in home health care, and 5 years in Nursing Management.
