Job Summary
The Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist provides therapy, counseling, and intervention services to patients referred by physicians.
This role reports to the Operations Manager and involves direct counseling, case management, and collaboration with providers to create treatment plans. Key responsibilities include writing progress notes, conducting assessments, and facilitating referrals to other services.
We are seeking a qualified professional to provide individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and community education to patients of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
