Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality patient care and support to residents
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring residents' health and reporting any changes or concerns to nursing staff
- Providing personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current Oklahoma LPN license
- At least 1 year of experience in Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
