Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to support patient recovery.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify patient strengths and challenges.
- Offer crisis intervention services to patients in crisis.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate treatment plans, ensuring patient progress and goals are met.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share knowledge and best practices.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on mental health topics.
