Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm
Description
Provide instructional services to students under general supervision of a certified teacher. Requires working 1:1 with a student or multiple students at a time. Implement and collect data on each student’s IEP goals and behavior management plan in conjunction with the classroom teacher and clinical team. Assist in the development of behavior intervention along with corresponding material. Responsible for graphing and summarizing classroom behavioral data.
Skills Needed
Candidate must have completed a total of 18 credits towards meeting the requirements of an Associates or Bachelors degree or have experience working with individuals with autism. Must pass New York State Assessment of Teaching Assistant Skills exam. Fingerprint clearance. Experience working with individuals with autism and applied behavior analysis desired.
Pay Rate
$18.35 – $22.60 per hour
