What's your day like?
As a Property Manager of a Permanent Supportive Housing Residential Building, you can expect a dynamic and fulfilling day-to-day experience. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, with on-call responsibilities as needed, allowing you to maintain a flexible yet structured work environment. Daily tasks will include overseeing property operations, ensuring compliance with housing regulations, and conducting regular property inspections. You will be responsible for fostering relationships with residents, addressing their needs, and implementing community-building activities.
Collaboration with support staff and social service providers will also be key as you work to create a safe and welcoming environment. Additionally, you will manage maintenance requests, coordinate lease agreements, and handle tenant communications, all while championing a culture of empathy and resourcefulness. What you need to be successful
To excel as a Property Manager of Permanent Supportive Housing at EDEN Inc, you will need a blend of education and experience. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, is preferred. Your ability to navigate property management software and tools will be essential in streamlining operations and enhancing resident services. A valid Ohio driver's license with 4 points or less, an operable vehicle, and proof of insurance are also necessary for this role. Previous experience in a nonprofit or social services sector, along with property management, will provide a strong foundation for your success.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- A Bachelor's Degree in related field and a minimum of 2 years of related work experience are preferred.
- Also required is a valid OH driver's license with 4 points or less
- operable vehicle and proof of insurance
- Previous experience in a non-profit, social social-services related field or property management as well as the ability to communicate in multiple languages are preferred.
