What's your day like?

As a new Regional Maintenance Technician at EDEN Inc, you can expect a dynamic and engaging day-to-day experience. Your primary responsibilities will include performing routine inspections, addressing maintenance work orders, and ensuring all of EDEN's properties are safely maintained according to standard regulations for our clients. You'll be troubleshooting various systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, and conducting repairs as needed to uphold our commitment to community well-being. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm and standard evening and weekend on call rotation.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• A Regional Maintenance Technician at EDEN Inc will need an adequate set of tools to perform daily job tasks.
• Trade and/or technical school training, paired with at least 2 years of relevant work experience as a maintenance technician or mechanic preferred.
• Or 3 years of relevant maintenance technician or mechanic work experience preferred.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and perform daily repairs to maintain and upkeep company facilities.
• Strong communication skills are essential to address maintenance related work orders efficiently.
• Valid Ohio driver's license with 4 points or less and proof of insurance
• Must be able to work on call rotation.
